Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage warehouse inventory control processes, perform counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets are met. You will work with SAP and MS Office, lift up to 75 lbs, and operate in a hot/cold, noisy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• PIT forklift certification (Pallet Jack, Forklift).
• Experience with warehouse inventory control and SAP preferable.

Responsibilities

• Performs required count of all Warehouse Goods to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Researches and resolves all discovered inventory discrepancies and notifies warehouse management when a resolution is not available.
• Runs and reviews all Daily Reports and files them appropriately.
• Identifies trends and communicates with management while recommending process improvements.
• Maintains accurate records of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Deposit Items with Warehouse Management.
