Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is hiring an Inventory Specialist to maintain and reconcile inventory across our facilities. You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate variances, and ensure accurate SAP records while coordinating with Warehouse and Sales teams to minimize stockouts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of warehouse/inventory experience, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of Warehouse/Inventory experience required.
• Advanced SAP knowledge and working experience highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily cycle counts; research and correct any variances.
• Reconcile daily, monthly and annual inventory in SAP.
• Review, monitor and address inventory levels to minimize potential risk for out of stocks.
• Identify and report close-dated product.
• Regularly communicate with Warehouse and Sales Center management regarding stock and issues.
• Run standard inventory reports as requested.
