BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Home Health Aide for short day shifts with early morning start times, beginning as early as 6AM.

In this one-on-one caregiving role, you will provide personalized care in clients' homes, assisting with personal cares, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth within a supportive care team environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Experience providing hands-on care in Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, or hospital settings.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared chest X-ray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Communicate with RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.
