BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate part-time Home Health Aide to provide in-home support, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and daily activity assistance in Minnesota.

Ideal candidates will have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and availability for early mornings after 6:00 AM and weekends. Join our team to help clients stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiver
• Ability to provide personal care and assist with daily activities
• Experience providing care in-home or in related settings is preferred
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with auto insurance
• TB test negative or cleared chest X-ray
• Availability to work early mornings (after 6:00 AM) and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with mobility
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
• Monitor changes in health and communicate with care team
• Collaborate with RN Case Manager to update care plans

Seeking a reliable and compassionate part-time caregiver to provide in-home support, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with daily activities. Early morning availability (starting after 6:00 AM) and weekend availability needed. Ideal candidates are dependable, caring, and committed to helping clients remain safe and independent at home.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
