BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate full-time caregiver to provide in-home support, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and daily activity assistance.

Weekend availability is required to ensure client safety and continuity of care at home. Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, and reporting changes to the RN Case Manager to update the care plan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, caring nature.
• Experience providing hands-on home care preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate changes to RN case manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with daily activities: meal prep, light housekeeping, errands.
• Provide physical assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and ambulation.
