BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes across Minnesota. You will assist with daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility, and transportation, delivering personalized care with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

Compassionate, patient and caring nature.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience providing care to clients in hands-on settings.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
Negative TB test or cleared chest X-ray.
Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' lives.
Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands.
Provide physical assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring and ambulation.
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed.
Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
Coordinate with the RN Case Manager to update the care plan.
