Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Eden Prairie, MN to maintain and clean hard floors and carpets in a large retail environment. You will operate floor care equipment, follow safety procedures, and help keep the facility pristine each day.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, and available for a steady early-morning schedule. Training is provided, and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in janitorial or floor care is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment.
• Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
