Earn $17.00 per hour with a consistent early morning schedule, approximately 35 hours weekly, and weekly pay. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and more. Direct‑hire position with weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Able to push and pull floor care equipment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous floor care/janitorial/maintenance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
