Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services is hiring full-time Floor Techs in Atlanta, GA. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with shifts from 5am to 10am, Sunday to Friday. You will perform floor care tasks including cleaning, stripping, waxing, bonnet cleaning, and carpet maintenance to keep facilities safe and presentable.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork. Prior floor care experience is preferred; the role requires lifting up to 49 lbs and following all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and chemical data sheets.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and report safety hazards to supervisor.
