Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs in Atlanta, GA. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with full-time, permanent openings and shifts from 5am to 10am, Sun to Fri. Floor Techs perform cleaning, extraction, bonneting, strip/wax, carpet care, and safety-focused tasks across designated areas.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and chemical handling sheets (English; Spanish where required).
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching; full manual dexterity.

Responsabilités

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Report safety hazards or needed repairs to the Supervisor.
• Follow company policies and procedures; operate janitorial tools and equipment as needed.
