Responsibilities

• Follows all local and state health department policies and guidelines.
• Maintains high standard of food quality and presentation.
• Follow breakfast condiment guidelines and ensure guest needs are addressed promptly.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service and respond to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain clean serving areas during breakfast and after closing.
• Ensure adequate inventory of breakfast items and paper products.
• Ensure equipment and wares are clean and in good working order.
• Stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with cleaning chemicals.
