• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast area throughout service.
• Monitor food levels and replenish items before they run out.
• Keep counters, tables, beverage stations, and guest seating clean.
• Wash dishes and maintain sanitation of all service equipment.
• Properly store food and rotate product following food safety standards.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area after service.
• Communicate inventory needs to management.
