Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build engaging product displays, manage shelf levels, and place orders on existing routes. You will ensure our beverages are well-presented and available to shoppers across multiple stores.

The role requires a valid drivers license, ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours, and the capacity to lift 50+ pounds while maintaining meticulous planning and follow-up with teammates and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver27s license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; kneel, bend and reach overhead.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, coworkers and shoppers.
