Jeff's Bagel Run - The Villages is hiring early-bird bakers to craft fresh bagels and brighten mornings with quality products. You’ll join a small, fast-paced team in a work environment that closes by 2pm daily and values consistency, discipline, and pride in the finished bagels.

From prep to bake, you’ll handle dough, kneading, proofing, and kitchen sanitation; weekend availability and ability to start as early as 4am are required; full-time or part-time roles with employee discounts and

Qualifications

• Baking and dough handling experience preferred.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Good teamwork and communication.
• Safe food handling practices and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and baking bagels.
• Open Bake and prepare dough.
• Proof bagels and monitor dough rotation.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work area and equipment.
• Assist with cream cheese scooping, chopping, dishes, and front-of-house tasks as needed.
