Job summary

Jeff's bagel run in The Villages, FL is hiring dependable Bakers to start the day. You’ll prep dough, bake bagels, and maintain quality and cleanliness as production runs smoothly. Full-time or part-time hours are available with shifts starting as early as 4am and weekend availability needed.

Experience is a plus, but we offer full training to learn our process. You’ll work in a small, hot space, enjoy a team-focused environment, and contribute to delivering a quality product daily.

Qualifications

• Understanding baking procedures and recipes.
• Prepping and baking bagels.
• Open Bake.
• Mixing dough with correct procedures.
• Rotation and shelf life of raw dough.
• Clean and sanitize work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and baking bagels to standard recipes.
• Open Bake and manage production flow.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Knead, shape, and monitor dough quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Start work as early as 4am; weekend availability required.
