Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is hiring for a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist in Fayetteville, NC. The role involves covering vacations and open territories on pre-set routes, with mileage reimbursement and a 5-day work week.

You will work closely with local leaders to ensure proper route coverage and customer service. You will stock, merchandise, and rotate beverage displays, manage orders and inventory, and support weekend or holiday operations as needed to maintain seamless store

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelves; provides vacation coverage for other merchandisers.
• Manages and sells to an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes; generates orders to support daily operations.
• Executes promotions and new products per lists and marketing plans to achieve objectives and high execution scores.
• Organizes back room space, stacks and arranges products, and manages pallets and returns.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials, rotates product, and supports vendors; ensures proper operation.
