Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is hiring a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts in the Fayetteville, NC area. The role involves following planograms, safe handling, and communicating with store management and cross-functional teams.

The position includes mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, weekend work on a rotating schedule, and opportunities for growth within America's largest Coca-Cola bottler.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to follow planograms and communicate with store management.
• Willingness to travel between stores in Fayetteville and surrounding areas.
• Valid instate driver’s license and reliable transportation recommended.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted
• Rotates product and checks vendor operations for proper support
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and promotions
