Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Greenville, SC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model within a 24/7 operation.

This role provides vacation coverage and may require weekend hours, ensuring proper route coverage and acting as liaison between the customer, merchandiser and driver. The BAM Specialist will merchandise, rotate products, execute promotions, maintain stock areas, and foster strong store relationships to contribute to revenue and gross profit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of work experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures.
• Manages assigned group of customers on routes and generates sales orders for daily operations.
• Executes promotions and new products based on planograms and promotions to ensure performance.
• Organizes back room, stacks stock, and handles returns and damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and maintains merchandising quality.
