Job summary

Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County inc is seeking an Early Learning Supervisor in Lancaster, PA to lead Thrive to Five operations and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's and preferably a Master’s in related fields, with 5 years of ECE experience and 3 years supervision. On-site work 30+ hours weekly with strong leadership and HR coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Social Work, or related field with at least 18 ECE credit hours.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, School Administration or related field.
• Other Qualifications: 5 years of experience in providing ECE services; 3 years of supervision/administration; travel requirements; on-site 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff are knowledgeable and compliant with all active funding streams and regulations.
• Support program leadership in reviewing Thrive to Five policies and procedures.
• Monitor changes with regulatory agencies and federal/state grants.
• Oversee site visits to ensure program compliance and assess licensing matters.
• Collaborate with leadership to align operations with Head Start standards and DHS regulations.
