Job summary

Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County Inc is seeking an Early Learning Supervisor – County to lead county sites, coach staff, and ensure adherence to early childhood standards. The role supports Thrive to Five leadership with curriculum implementation and social-emotional practices across learning areas.

The position emphasizes staff development, program compliance, and fostering a culture of high-quality outcomes for families and children in Quarryville and Martic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field with at least 18 ECE credit hours.
• 3 years of experience in providing ECE services.
• Experience using adult learning principles and training adults.
• Experience with federal and state ECE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to strengthen instructional practices and curriculum implementation.
• Ensure program compliance and maintain curriculum integrity across sites.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support enrollment and family services.
• Oversee staffing needs, including scheduling, hiring, and interviewing; supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
