JOB SUMMARY
Position Title: Program Coach
Program: Thrive to Five
Classification: Exempt/Full-Time
Location: This role will travel through Lancaster County classrooms depending upon children’s needs.
Program Coaches support staff, families, and children in addressing social-emotional delays, trauma responses, and self-regulation skills using evidence-based practices like Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports. They provide professional development for staff through coaching, modeling, and training, and offer curriculum support across all learning domains, and assess classrooms based on regulatory environmental assessments.

Leadership
*Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Early Intervention, or a related field with early childhood experience is required.
At least 2 years of early childhood classroom experience is required.
Classroom coaching experience, Practice Based Coaching model is preferred.
Experience using adult learning principles and training adults is preferred.
