Responsibilities

• Attend weekly staff meeting.
• Maintain sign in sheets for all playgroups and community events.
• Must complete Ages and Stages Questionnaires twice per year for all families participating in Parent Child Plus; encourage playgroup families to complete questionnaire twice per year.
• Share parenting information and community resources with families through playgroups and outreach.
• Support families in accessing early childhood programs upon completion of program.
• Enter required program data into database.
• Complete weekly documentation of home visits required by Parent Child Plus.
• Make appropriate referrals to support families.
• Prepare materials for home visits and playgroups.
• Provide translation as needed.
