Chroma Early Learning Academy is seeking a Director to oversee daily operations, drive exceptional early childhood education, and lead a dedicated team of educators. This role collaborates with the leadership team to implement the academy\'s vision and strategic goals.

The Director will manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for children and families. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• An ECE related credential such as TCC, Paraprofessional, CDA, Associates Degree, Bachelor\'s Degree or Masters Degree related to Education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education practices, child development, and state licensing regulations.
• Experience in managing budgets, financial planning, and operational tasks.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators and support staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the center, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and operations.
• Ensure high standards of care and education aligned with licensing regulations and accreditation.
• Manage budgets, resources, and costs while pursuing financial sustainability.
• Develop and implement policies to support goals and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive work culture and professional development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
• Implement and assess educational programs to meet children's developmental needs.
• Coordinate communication among parents, staff, and regulatory bodies.
