Qualifications

• 2+ years at center leadership/management; minimum 1 year required.
• Professional teaching experience with infants to preschoolers preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines; exceptional professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Identify, interview, and hire teacher candidates; build talent networks.
• Conduct classroom observations and evaluations; provide motivating feedback.
• Manage team to ensure curriculum execution aligned with brand standards.
• Train, coach and develop staff with a growth mindset.
• Maintain center schedules and daily classroom ratios.
• Ensure state licensing compliance in all processes and files.
• Build relationships with families; enroll and communicate progress.
• Oversee safety, records, and health standards across the center.
