The Director will collaborate with the leadership team to implement the organization's vision, drive professional development, and strengthen family and community engagement while meeting licensing and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• ECE credential or higher degree in education required.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in early childhood education.
• Knowledge of state licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
• Experience with budgets and operations management.
• Ability to lead a diverse staff and engage families and community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, staffing, curriculum and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation and safety standards.
