Job summary

Chroma Early Learning Academy in Canton, GA is seeking a Director to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality early childhood education, manage staff, and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will partner with the leadership team to implement the center's mission, supervise budgets, develop policies, recruit and mentor staff, and build strong relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership/management role in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of ECE practices, child development, and licensing.
• Experience budgeting and handling operations.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, staff supervision, curriculum development, and daily activities.
• Ensure care and education meet licensing, accreditation, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve financial sustainability.
• Develop policies and procedures to support goals and compliance.
• Mentor staff, foster a positive culture, and support professional growth.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff.
• Implement and assess educational programs addressing children's needs.
• Coordinate communications among stakeholders and leadership.
