Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood Development Center is seeking an Educator’s Aide to support Lead Educators with play-based, age-appropriate activities that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. You will help maintain a positive classroom culture and support routines that help every student feel safe and engaged.

Qualifications

• Must meet the Department of Human Services (DHS) Educator’s Aide qualification requirements.
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Curriculum Implementation by assisting Lead Educator with play-based, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Provide active supervision and interaction to ensure safety and engagement in classroom and outdoor activities.
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a clean, sanitary, safe environment; support positive behavior guidance.
• Greet families and support positive daily communication during drop-off and pick-up; provide updates via the center’s platform.
