TheraCare is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to provide Early Intervention services in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on supporting children from birth to age 3 within family-centered, community settings.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, develop IFSP-based strategies, and document services to NYC EI standards while traveling across the assigned borough.

Qualifications

• Current LMSW license issued by NYSED or eligibility for LMSW/LCSW.
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Experience working with children under 5 and/or families preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and family-centered practice.
• Ability to work independently and manage documentation deadlines.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel throughout the boroughs.

Responsibilities

We are seeking Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) who are passionate about working with children and families in natural settings.

Position Overview

As an LMSW providing Early Intervention services, you will support children from birth to age 3 with developmental delays. Services are delivered in home and community environments in partnership with families and other care team members. You will use your clinical expertise to provide both direct services and family support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Early Intervention services to children ages 0-3 in home and community settings
