Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related health field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with disabilities.
• Experience with IDEA Part C or pediatric services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for families and coordinate access to needed services.
• Coordinate evaluations and IFSP/ FSP development and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure alignment with IFSP and Medicaid/IDEA Part C.
• Document notes accurately and maintain compliance.
