Job summary

HDE Services LLC is seeking a licensed pediatric speech-language pathologist to conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children. The role emphasizes one-on-one therapy, play-based techniques, and collaboration with caregivers.

Applicants should have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active NC license, and at least 1 year of pediatric experience. Flexible, hybrid work options and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active North Carolina SLP license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience with kids.
  • Ability to deliver therapy in a child’s natural environment.
  • Strong time management, organization, and independent decision-making.
  • Clear, professional communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy services, with group sessions as appropriate.
  • Incorporate play-based, functional interventions into sessions.
  • Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and on time.
  • Communicate with caregivers and care teams regularly.
  • Maintain compliant documentation aligned with payer CDSA requirements when applicable.
  • Coordinate scheduling and continuity of care with families and the administrative team.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and standardized assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child’s communication, language, feeding, and social development needs.
  • Provide one‑on‑one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate.
  • Incorporate play‑based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time.
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child’s care team.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable.
  • Coordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and the All About Therapy administrative team.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Active North Carolina Speech‑Language Pathology license.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with kids.
  • Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment.
  • Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision‑making skills.
  • Clear, professional communication with families and care teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home‑based, or community‑based pediatric settings.
  • Experience working with diverse diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays.
  • Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements.
  • Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows.
