Job summary

HDE Services LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to provide one-on-one speech therapy services in pediatric settings, including the child’s natural environment. Expect play-based, functional interventions and close collaboration with families and care teams.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience with kids, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation to meet CDSA and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license.
• Minimum of one year of experience with kids.
• Ability to deliver therapy services in a child's natural environment.
• Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision‑making skills.
• Clear, professional communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech therapy services.

Pay 20-25 per visit plus travel.

What You’ll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home-based, or community‑based pediatric settings.
• Experience working with diverse diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays.
• Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements.
• Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows.
