Job summary

HDE Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to provide pediatric therapy in children’s natural environments.

Deliver one-on-one sessions, integrate play-based and functional strategies, and track progress with precise documentation. You will communicate regularly with families and care teams, ensuring continuity of care and compliant records as required by payers and CDSA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology assistant license.
• Minimum of one year of experience with kids.
• Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment.
• Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision-making skills.
• Clear, professional communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate.
• Incorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child’s care team.
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and All About Therapy administrative team.

What You’ll Do
30 per visit.

• Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements.
• Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows.
