Job summary

All About Therapy in North Carolina seeks a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy in the child’s natural environment. You will conduct evaluations, develop plans, and deliver one-on-one services with group sessions as needed.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in SLP, NC licensure, and 1+ year experience with kids. You’ll coordinate with caregivers, maintain accurate documentation, and support families through CDSA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in SLP from an accredited program.
• Active North Carolina SLP license.
• Minimum of one year of experience with kids.
• Ability to deliver therapy in a child’s natural environment.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Independent clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and standardized assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child’s communication, language, feeding, and social development needs.
• Provide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate.
• Incorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child’s care team.
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and the All About Therapy administrative team.
