Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric services in early intervention programs for birth to 3 years.

You will coach families, participate in screenings, assessments, and home visits across the catchment area, coordinating with schools, medical and social services partners. Two years of pediatric experience is preferred; Massachusetts licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts-licensed Physical Therapist is required.
• Pediatric experience is preferred (2 years).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development across domains.
• Provide home-based services and engage families via parent coaching.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and center/home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Manage Individual Family Service Plan development and review for caseloads.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
