Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support children birth to 3 with developmental delays. The role includes home-based services across the catchment, parent coaching, and participation on a trans-disciplinary team.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure, CCC or CFY; pediatric experience preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Valid driver’s license and proficiency with Word/Excel/Office365 required.

Qualifications

  • Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Massachusetts state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • CCC from ASHA or CFY candidate.
  • Two years pediatric experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
Massachusetts licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA or CFY candidate

Job Description
Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
