Responsibilities

• Collaborate with parents to maximize child’s potential.
• Work within a transdisciplinary team with professionals involved.
• Schedule and administer developmental assessments and prepare summaries.
• Communicate with Area Mentor about home visitation and scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality of child and family information.
• Submit accurate paperwork via iPad or Laptop in a timely manner.
• Attend professional development opportunities, minimum one outside training per year.
