Job summary

Young Interventions, Inc. seeks a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Early Intervention Specialist to support infants and toddlers in Riverside County, Moreno Valley and surrounding areas. This full-time role involves 30+ hours weekly, including drive time and travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Knowledge of infant/toddler development stages.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children ages 0-5.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin language skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits across Moreno Valley, Perris, Nuevo and surrounding areas.
• Deliver family-focused intervention programs in clients' homes.
• Provide a mix of in-person and virtual sessions as needed.
