Qualifications

• Master's degree or teaching credential in child development or related field.
• Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments.
• Provide child development services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model Rush & Sheldon.
• Follow each child's IFSP and work with the family to develop strategies to help each child reach goals.
• Use family-centered parent coaching to build caregiver confidence and skill.
• Provide services in the child's natural environment in homes, daycares, and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
