Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) seeks an Early Intervention Social Worker to support infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families. This role provides home, community, and group-based services, coaching families toward meaningful IFSP goals, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers both full-time and part-time options, a flexible schedule, and a strong emphasis on family-centered, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Must meet degree, licensure, and certification standards per EI Operational Standards.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evenings.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation software.
• CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Assessment & Evaluation – conduct developmental assessments and eligibility evaluations.
• Intervention Planning – collaborate with families to develop individualized IFSPs with goals.
• Direct Services – provide home, community, and group-based services via coaching.
• Family Support & Advocacy – educate families to access resources and advocate for needs.
• Collaboration & Coordination – partner with other professionals for integrated services.
• Documentation & Progress Monitoring – maintain records and review IFSPs to adjust services.
• Compliance & Productivity – ensure accurate billing and EI standards adherence.
• Professional Growth & Teamwork – participate in supervision, meetings, and trainings.
• Other Duties – perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
