Job summary

ALLIANCE FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS, INC. seeks a Service Coordinator to support families with children eligible for Early Intervention in Allegheny County. You will explain EI services, coordinate screenings, and connect families with community resources.

Responsibilities include scheduling assessments, maintaining records, and collaborating with healthcare providers. A Bachelor's or Associate degree with relevant experience and a valid PA license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an EI-related field or equivalent plus 1 year of experience
• Associate degree plus 3 years of related experience
• Reliable vehicle and PA license
• Acts 33, 34 & FBI clearances
• Able to lift and work with young children
• Experience with data management and reporting

Responsibilities

• Explain Early Intervention Services to families in Allegheny County
• Coordinate screenings and assessments
• Identify and coordinate community resources
• Coordinate with medical/health providers
• Monitor needs through family interviews
• Provide parent education and support
• Develop and review the Service Coordination Plan and IFSP
• Maintain documentation within agency timelines
• Attend team and training meetings
