Job summary

The Alliance For Infants and Toddlers, Inc. seeks a Service Coordinator to manage Early Intervention coordination across Allegheny County, ensuring timely screenings, planning and linkage to community resources.

You will work with families, clinicians, and providers to implement IFSPs and coordinate services in home and community settings. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or associate with experience), strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with field focus in early intervention or related social science.
• Experience applying developmental assessment instruments.
• Ability to navigate regulations governing PA Early Intervention.

Responsibilities

• Explain Early Intervention services to families in Allegheny County.
• Coordinate screenings, assessments, and schedules.
• Identify community resources to support child and family.
• Coordinate with medical and health providers.
• Monitor family needs via interviews and instruments.
• Provide parent education and support.
• Develop and review Service Coordination and IFSP plans.
• Maintain documentation within agency timelines.
• Attend meetings and complete required training.
