Brightleaf Blvd., Smithfield, NC 27577As an Early Intervention Service Coordinator-the duties include working with families and providers to develop Functional Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), work with multidisciplinary teams to determine families' needs for support and services, conduct home visits, coordinator and facilitate services and transition planning; and participate in the authorization and monitoring of early intervention services.**There are two vacancies for this position. Job Order 17598 and 17607.****Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed from the class specification.
