This position is located at 141 Storage Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.This position involves working with families and providers to develop functional Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), work with multidisciplinary teams to determine families' needs for supports and services; conduct home visits, coordinate and facilitate services and transition planning, and participate in the authorization and monitoring of early intervention services.**Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed from the class specification.
