Job summary

North Bay Regional Center in Napa is seeking an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to support 0–3-year-olds and their families under California Early Start. You will conduct intake, assess needs, and help develop an IFSP with family involvement.

Role includes coordinating services, reviewing IFSP progress every six months, and acting as liaison to community partners. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; hybrid in-office work may be available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Credentialed Speech Pathologist or Nurse with PHN/PNP certification and three years’ experience in early intervention.
• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ NBRC experience may substitute for the above.
• Knowledge of early childhood development; bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and ongoing assessments for infants/toddlers (0–3) eligible for Early Intervention services.
• Develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and monitor progress.
• Coordinate services and resources for families; liaise with community organizations.
• Participate in six-month or more frequent IFSP reviews and transition planning.
