Job summary

KIDS Georgetown County is seeking a Service Coordinator to support infants and toddlers through early intervention in Georgetown County, SC. The role can be full-time or part-time and requires collaboration with families, therapists, and educators to implement IFSP goals and coordinate services.

You will maintain a caseload, assist families in accessing community resources, participate in interagency meetings, and ensure timely documentation while traveling within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields; education-focused credentials may be required.
• Experience with infants/toddlers or birth-to-5 with disabilities preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate services and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of clients/families (full-time).
• Collaborate with families and professionals to develop IFSP goals.
• Serve as transition coordinator and coordinate Part C to Part B services.
• Assist families in accessing health care and community resources.
• Submit timely documentation and maintain confidential records.
• Travel within territory as needed and participate in meetings and trainings.
