Job summary

The KIDS program in Richland County, Columbia, SC seeks a Service Coordinator to support infants and toddlers with disabilities. You will manage a caseload, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members, and help develop and monitor IFSP goals.

Travel up to 50% is required; you will coordinate transitions to Part B services, connect families with community resources, and document services in accordance with DHHS and KIDS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field is required.
• Experience with infants/toddlers or 0-5 disabilities preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a minimum caseload of 35 clients/families (if full-time).
• Develops and monitors IFSP goals with families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Travels up to 50% to coordinate services and transitions.
• Submits documentation per DHHS and KIDS policies.
