Job summary

Easterseals Hawaii seeks a Physical Therapist to join our early intervention team in Mililani Town. You will support families using a Primary Service Provider model, conducting PT and developmental assessments, and contributing to IFSP planning.

Ideal candidates will have Hawaii PT licensure, First Aid/CPR, and experience with children with developmental delays. The role requires in-person service delivery 3–5 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Hawaii license as a Physical Therapist.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of PT experience in early intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to DOH-EIS, CARF and ESH guidelines.
• Plans and implements developmentally appropriate EI program for birth to 3.
• Participates as evaluator with multidisciplinary team for EI eligibility.
• Administers PT, sensory, and developmental assessments; uses Batelle inventories.
• Develops IFSP with family and team; coaches functional outcomes.
