Job summary

Catalight, international seeks a Physical Therapist in Mililani, HI to support families in Early Intervention using a Primary Service Provider model. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to develop IFSP outcomes and provide PT assessments in natural environments.

The ideal candidate holds a Hawaii PT license, CPR/First Aid, and a background in developmental delays. This full‑time role requires 3–5 days on-site and active collaboration with family and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university program.
• Current State of Hawaii license in Physical Therapy.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• One (1) year minimum experience in providing physical therapy service (highly preferred).
• Experience working with children with developmental delays or biological risk factors for developing delays is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning and implementing a comprehensive program for children birth to age three.
• Evaluates and participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team to determine EI eligibility.
• Administers and interprets physical therapy assessments and developmental evaluations.
• Contributes to IFSP development with families and team members.
• Maintains records in accordance with DOH-EIS and ESH requirements.
• Provides services within natural environments (home, day care, community).
• Supervises students and/or volunteers; supports coaching with families.
• Reports safety concerns and participates in training and ESH events.
