Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university with 3 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of experience in the area.
  • One year of experience at the lower level Healthcare Prgm Consultant 1 or equivalent may be required.
  • Note: Some positions may require licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and training within a healthcare specialty.
  • Plan, direct, and implement specialty programs.
  • Evaluate programs for compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Review APR reports bi-monthly and report status to EIC monthly.
  • Train and monitor service quality of contracted BCW Early Intervention Specialists.
  • Assist in PSP Teams meetings and enter payments into the BIBS database.
  • Monitor, audit, and evaluate contractors for compliance and quality documentation.
  • Attend Health Fairs and Child Find events and participate in LICC meetings.
  • Perform clinical/developmental assessments and provide case management.
