Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver services to birth-to-3 children and families across home, center, and community settings.

You will coach families, participate in screenings, assessments, and multidisciplinary visits, and coordinate care within a supportive team. Applicants should hold MA PT licensure, have pediatric experience, and be comfortable with travel and collaboration with other providers.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize parent coaching with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, groups, and home visits as a team member.
• Provide home-based services across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Provide service coordination for the Individual Family Service Plan.

• $5,000 Sign On Bonus
• Monthly performance-based incentives
• FFS Rates $61 - $65 per hour

Job Description

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
